I have always enjoyed my visits to the Riverwalk along with my sister and aunt. The last few times we visited, our comped meal coupons were not honored since they were only good from sunday thru wednesday. We usually visit on thursdays and NEVER had this happen before. In small writings it stated this, but we never read it since the other coupons were always valid thru thursdays. If we had known this, we could have gone to another casino and used our free meals. The hostess told us they just started this a while back. My aunt, Josephine Carso, and my sister, Carmela Varino were not very happy. Otherwise, our visits have always been enjoyable and the people that work there are very friendly. I normally don't write e-mails but this has happened 3 times to us and we all wanted to let our feelings be known. Sincerely, Debbie Varino

This actually my first casino experience and I realy enjoyed myself. Everyone that I came in contact with was very welcoming. I would recommend Riverwalk to others. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I have been going to Diamond Jack for the last 2 years after I moved back to Louisiana After I tried Riverwalk you will be my primary casino from now on.I have visited Diamond Jacks for all this time and have never been sent 1 coupon. Keep up the good work and hope to see you soon.

We really enjoy visiting Riverwalk Casino. We visit at least once a week and sometimes 2 or more. We have decided this is probably our favorite Vicksburg Casino, but one problem we would like to share with you. It is not comfortable to spend several hours with earplugs in your ears due to the extremely loud noise (you may call it music) that is constantly present. We would appreciate it if the noise level could be reduced. It is too many different sounds combined and played all at one time, it becomes "junk" after a while. Loud junk. The decibel level must be blown out the top. Please consider lowering the noise level. Thanks!!!
